Cruising returns...

In June and July, I was delighted to be appointed by Viking Ocean Cruises as a guest speaker on four cruises, beginning and ending in Reykjavik, entitled ICELAND'S NATURAL BEAUTY. These circumnavigated Iceland with time ashore in Reykjavik, Isafjordur, Akureyri, Seydisfjordur, Djupivogur, and Heimaey on the Westman islands. The trips felt wonderfully safe, thanks to the far-ranging Covid protection measures that Viking had instigated, including daily Covid tests using a fully specified PCR lab on the ship.
