I had the pleasure of contributing feature spreads to another delightful large-format and highly visual book in a series produced by Dorling Kindersley. The Herb Book focusses on plants that have medicinal or culinary uses for humans, and some of their cultural associations. It includes mention on the most recent research on ones that might have potential use in the fight against Alzheimers and cancers.
